I MUCH prefer the whole version of the shed, as opposed to the sliced up version on Insta****. Seeing the remains of the past slowly settling into the prairie under the slow but relentless assault of the weather always makes me wonder about the story of the people that put it there. The building, or equipment, or whatever served a purpose. If the windmill ran a pump in a well delivering drinking water it was an essential purpose. The building might be shed or barn not meant for human habitation, but there was a reason for it to be there. Once it was new, and in use. And then not.
