Dear Reader (2025-02-19),
Part of appreciating the Antarctica experience is to also pause and reflect on its ugly history. One location where we landed was where whales were once slaughtered. The few remaining whale bones speak volumes.
In today’s post you and I also continue taking zodiac cruises through sculpture gardens. On days when the sea was calm enough and the weather clear enough those in the kayak program would go out for a paddle.
As I was editing one of the photographs said please do something, and so we have a sky that is not real.
