Dear Reader (2020-02-09),
The Calgary Exposure Festival is on and I have been out on 3 gallery wanders so far with more to go. It has been great fun and sometimes slightly confusing to see so much work. As an antidote to trying to give all those other visions their due, I had to return to my own photographic practice.
South of Longview and south of High River, there was a brief flourish of colour at dawn, just before the sky returned to a bright grey, toned with pale blue. I was a good bird. There were also 2 other worms, and a new contribution to a work in progress (saved for another post).
